LOL about your description of where you stayed while traveling through IL... that sounds about right... make-shift camps with two-word signs!! Things are pretty exciting here in the Prairie State!! What sounds exciting is your mom's field of study; technology with assignments involving YouTube. Now, that sounds like a fun class! I can't wait to see her completed project; YOU in living color! I'm on Y-T but not in any shade of living color; the lighting for my video was pathetic. I have to wait until evening for recording sessions to begin because the cockatiels that also live here are just TOOO loud; I can't even hear myself on the video with them in the background! After they go to sleep is the best time for me to be recorded but by then the sun has also gone to bed taking the good performance lighting with it. ~You asked about that treasure chest and some pointers for getting into it. Mmmm. All I know is that I turn and turn while pulling and the crazy thing just drops open. The other grey here has never gotten it opened... but then, she doesn't even try. She sits and glares at mom when treats are presented inside a puzzle toy 'cause Shebah doesn't like to have to work for anything. For the macaw here mom only locked one of the keys 'cause he gets impatient if things take too long to figure out and then he just tries to CRUSH the thing with his massive beak. I about had a breakdown when I saw him attempting to annihilate my precious treasure chest. This rule about sharing your stuff is a dumb rule if you ask me. Anyway, after he was rewarded by merely pulling on just one key mom made it hard by locking that one key the next time. Rainbow ended up hanging from the chain, screaming in this muted-mouth full-way until mom came and traded him a nut for the annoying chest. It's been all mine since then. I'm happy I don't have to share it anymore. Good luck to you, Playa... keep trying! You'll figure it out! K 'v'
