You get to recycle 5! We can only recycle 1 and 2. That is just not fair. We use bags for litter boxs as well! Unfortuantly, Frank is not stick trained, minor problem. I read an article, however, where the author talked about how one of her birds was pillow trained, and then it hit me! I have this stuffed Flamingo that Frank shares a love/hate relationship with. (He really likes being with it, but he also loves pretending it is his top enemy.) Anyway, he will step up on that! So now, if I can not hold him without getting bitten, I can still get him out or put him back, whichever the case may be at the moment. I am able to train Frank really well with praise, and with a simple tactic that I call "smartness". I tell him that he is so smart, and doesn't he want to show everyone else how smart he is? or Frank, this is a very special game just for smart birds like you! I do not know why this works, but it really gets him into the trick, as unorthadox as it is. A playpen is a really good idea. Our dogs eat cat poop too. Actaully, only one of them does, and she taught it to the other. I think she was a puppy mill mother that somehow ended up at the pound, she has so many funny quirks that can be explaned with this theory.
I hope you do not get in to much trouble with Zoe's owner! I personally like dogs when they have a normal, short haircut. We had a great Easter, I hope yours went well, too!
