Good afternoon from Rocket and Gadget
We have been at our new home for just over a month now. Guess what?!?! We have 6 eggies. Gadget laid her first eggie on June 11th and had laid an egg every other day since then. Mommy would love to candle them, but she doesn't want to disturb us. She said if we had been here longer, she would...cause she thinks we would trust her more. So for now, she is just waiting it out. We have had babies before. We were on 5 eggs earlier this spring but our old mommy moved us from the living room to a dark corner of the basement...while we were still sitting on eggs. To say the least, we abandoned them. Now that we know we will always have a clean cage, fresh food and water, and a mommy who spends time playing with us, we are happy to start a family again. Mommy said she is keeping the first hatched baby. I think she might end up keeping the least hatched thou. We will see. Gotta fly. Winger hugs to everyone.
