Hi Tanzi,
So sorry to hear about Mischa problem. We will surely pray for her.I don't really know to much about scissor beak ,but I've seen birds with them.Did they say wether it a genetic problem or did they create the problem when they hand feed Mischa?Because beaks are soft when your a baby and sometimes when they handfeed the birds they tend to feed only on one side and it pushes the upper mandible off to the side.Sometimes if the beak is still on the soft side you could try, if Mischa will let you push the beak very gently the other way and hold, eventually it will be a little better than now.No harm in trying just remember small pressure on the beak. How old is Mischa now?
My vote is for you tanzi, my friend.
