It's a GIRL!!
Well, Peanut, the B&G macaw, is a girl, so dad says Toby gets a wife!! She's not old enough to breed, but it'll probably take them a while to settle down ( and figure out what to do, too- LOL! ) I wish her name was not Peanut, but I guess it could be worse... Baby sun & Pebbles traveled just fine. I have an extra sleepy hut, so for the first time, Baby got to sleep inside one last night. It's good to be back in Louisiana, but tomorrow, we go back to TX. 402 miles again, yeeha! Hey, if you are serious about the parrotlet, Pebbles's breeder raises them, too. I was going to get a Jenday from her later in the fall, but Mike got me this sun baby. Oh well, it's still because of her excellent baby Pebbles, that any more birds were possible. Check her out on the 'net. She's just above Shreveport & will meet you: bodcauaviaries.com. She has GC & Jenday conures, Quakers, & Parrotlets. I can't say enough good things about this particular breeder. I don't know if we're supposed to share info like that, but I think it's important to share good information whenever possible. Well, I better sign off now. There's not much time here, and I need to see Toby & the dogs!We left a V4U!! |
