Yeah For Your Mom
coming to your rescue like that! That is such a cool story and we are sorry you had to suffer like that but sounds like you are in a happy place now. My name is Stubby and I'm a Blue-Fronted Amazon (Amazons Rule, by the way!) from Las Vegas. I had a crappy childhood too but not as bad as yours. I was in a petshop where the lady just left me in a cage for 4 years. Then my mom walked in one day and she was looking at the bird next to me and I KNEW she was the one so I kept saying hello real sweet until she FINALLY asked about me and took me to my forever home! SHe doesn't know how she ever lived without me. She can't really pet me because I growl at her but I don't bite, I just make lots of noise, so she still touches me. She just laughs at me and tells me she's not scared and Asha says I have to bite once in awhile or all the noise is for nothing. But I just can't bite her because she rescued me from 4 years of boredom. She bought my brother, Buddy, who likes to be petted because she knew I'd probably never be her cuddle bunny but that doesn't mean she's gonna give up on me. Anyway, just stopped to thank your mom for saving you and giving you all the love and attention you so richly deserve. Moms are the best!!! Stubby
