Mmm...Scrambled Eggs!
Nope, no scrambies today...I had honeydew melon, a strawberry, a couple of banana slices and whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter!! Lucky for me, my beak did not stick shut. I happen so dip most of my food in my water before eating it so maybe that's why it's never managed to trap my beak shut. But thanks for the warning! For supper I had brown rice with a variety of steamed veggies. There's always pellets to nibble on but they're boring and only eatten as a last resort or when I'm bored. Because Mom's trying to fatten me up a bit (I don't think they're planning to eat me???) I also get several handfuls of a seed mix and raw nuts throughout the day. Guess that's my scratch. Are you a 'free range' chicken; free to meander about at your leisure? Do you lay eggs to raise into chicks or are your eggs swiped from under you everyday? Sorry...all kinds of questions!! I've never chatted with a pretty little chicken before so I guess I've gots lots of questions! Another one would be, how'd I get so lucky to be the one you wrote to!!!! Thanks so much for writin' back!! Leavin' ya with a vote, Cinderella! R '>
