STORMY HERE
Sorry I'm late with yesterday's game results. Things were just crazy with the game and Halloween party.Plus my mommy was real busy with all the weird looking humans coming to our door, I couldn't get mom to type for me...bad mom! RESULTS. TAGs VS SENEGALS , GAME 1. After a break to let the big boys of MLB play, the birdies took to the field again. In the first inning, the TAGs got 2 hits from Tootles and Bongo and the Sennies got a triple from Savannah but no runs were scored. In the second, the TAGs got on the board when Star and Stormy scored when Pringle hit a HR to take a 3-0 lead. The lead was short lived when Norman and CoCo scored when DJ hit a HR to tie the game. Then Kiddo, SweetPepper, Kayne, Codie, Orion and Pippin combined for another 3 to take the lead 6-3. In the 3rd, Bongo hit a solo HR and then triples from Smoky and Stormy and a single from Star would tie the game again at 6-6. The Sennies would break the tie again scoring 4 runs in the bottom of the 3rd with singles from EA, and AZ Mango, a double from Mango, a triple from Lola and a solo HR from Kiwiwee to lead 10-6. The TAGs had 1 hit from Knuckles in the 4th while the Sennies add another 7 runs with hits from Kiwi, Norman, CoCo, DJ, Kayne, Hal and SweetPepper's HR. The Senegal lead was now 17-6. In the 5th Smoky would hit a solo HR but it was no match for the Sennies 4 runs with hits from Pippin, Niah, LoverBoy, Mango, Lola and Max. The TAG offense continued to stall as the Senegals added another 3 runs in the 6th when Sage and Savannah scored when Kiwi hit a HR. Sammy would open up the 7th inning with a single but that was as far as the TAGs got as the Senegals once again scored with hits from CoCo, Kiddo, SweetPepper and Hal. The score was 26-7 going into the 8th inning. TAG's Bongo would score when Smoky hit a double and then the TAGS loaded the bases with Trouble and ScooterPie only to be left stranded by the Senegal defense. In the 8th , TAG defense would finally hold the Senegals but need a miracle in the 9th to pull out a win. They started off the 3 solo HRs by Sammy, Tootles and Bongo and then Star scored when Stormy hit the 4th HR of the inning but it was too much too late for the TAGs. Final Score: Senegals 26, TAGs 12. Game 2 will be tomorrow.. Game two results should be on my page later tonight under my motto...ok! We'll get them sennies sooner or later...hehehe! V4U Stormy
