W & W!
It's Turk, comin' by with a cheery "Hi". Wonder how your weekend was. Here's what happened at my place; a couple of the nutsoid 'keets in my group started nibbling on the drywall next to the curtain rod we all like to perch on in the front window of our room. Mom told dad she was going to need to put some sort of metal or wood over that area before a huge hole was made. Weeeeeell, procrastination gave those guys enough time to whittle a hole big enough to GO INTO but before any of them figured out they could now get into the wall, mom took matters into her own hands and stapled a catalog over the spot. The gnawing and nibbling kept right on except now it's just into a thick magazine. 'Cheep' entertainment it turned out to be. The pile of paper on the floor is even recycled... into our foraging box. Yup, we have to hunt for our food. Scratch-scratch-scratch. Mom insists it keeps our brains active and our legs strong. I say it works up a bigger appetite and costs her more money in bird food. What do I care, as long as the seeds are always somewhere under the shredded paper! Tootles! T '>
