Greetings from Kiwi
Hi Chiger, thank you for the vote. I am 12 years old and have a sister named Poppy. Poppy is another sub species of the Moustache family. I have a black beak and that is how you can tell I am a female) the males in my species all have bright red beaks when fully matured, that is how you can tell us apart. In Poppy's species male and female mustaches have the same corn colored reddish beak. We found out Poppy was a girl because she laid several eggs. I am very sweet and love to snuggle with my Mom but I can be very aggressive toward everyone else in my flock. My goal is to be top parrot. (2 Male African Greys, 1 female African Grey and one more Moustache). Ruby the African Grey is the only one who challenges my authority. Ruby is a Primadonna! Mom has to constantly give her the evil eye to keep her in line. Congrats on your new home and thanks again for the vote.
