Hiya, Ittybitty!
Wanted to stop by and let you know Coach Oliver's Mom was in the hospital since Thursday. She got an infection in her leg, and was on IV antibiotics. She is home now, but when I went to do my Tango lessons with Mango, found out about her Mom.

The game today was good, and the cheering was spectacular. But as good as we played, the TAGS were just that much better. Here is the play by play:

TAGs TOPPLE POISs
As the birdie growth hormone controversy emerged again, the TAGs and the Pois took the field. The Pois were the 1st to get on the scoreboard scoring 1 run in the 1st inning with hits from Angel, Oliver and Junior. TAGs Cesar and Sammy would hit singles but were unable to reach home. In the 2nd, the Pois added 2 runs when Molli scored when Kaji hit a HR. Scooter Pie and Pringle combined for 1 to make the score 3-1. Jack’s solo HR in the 3rd was the highlight of the 3rd. In the 4th, Mongo, Junior, Rafiki and Calico would combine for 3 runs as the TAGs were 1 run better with Bongo’s triple and a string of singles from Smokey, Scooter Pie, Pringle, Stormy, Cesar and Sammy to make the score 7-5 Pois. The Pois would add to their lead in the 5th scoring 5 runs off the bats of Tiki, Hal, George, Jack, Apollo, Angel, Mongo and Oliver. The TAGs could only answer with 1 run. Trailing 12-5, the TAGs needed to get something going soon. In the 6th, the TAG defense would shut out the Pois and score a whopping 8 runs including 2 Grand Slam HRs by Sammy and Scooter Pie to take a 13-12 lead. The Pois would come right back in the 7th scoring 5 runs with hits from the same exact birdies as the 5th inning. In the bottom of the 7th, the TAGs would break this close game wide open scoring 12 runs with the team hitting for the cycle. With the score 27-17, the Pois had some work to do. In the 8th and with bases loaded, Nippy hit a Grand Slam HR into right field followed by Hal’s HR. 1 more run would scored to make the score 26-23. The TAGs would fire back with 5 runs pretty much erasing the Pois comeback. In the 9th, the Pois saw Angel and Mongo get on base and score when Oliver hit a HR but the TAG lead was too much to overcome. Final Score: TAGS 31, Da Pois ‘N’ Dem 25.

Here's a vote for you, too!!!
