Hi from Maxie the WonderBird!
Hey L.R.! Guess what? I had to go for my yearly vet checkup yesterday, and I was SO traumatized! First I got tossed into a cat carrier (yuck) and then had to ride in a car for an hour. When we got there I was weighed. (I've gained 25 ounces, so I have a feeling there's gonna be less good stuff and more yucky veggies in my foodbowls from now on....) Then I was TOWELED. Then I had my mouth swabbed and my claws grinded. Then came the worst....they TOOK MY BLOOD! Have you ever heard of anything so barbaric? From both legs and a claw! Of course, that was probably because I kept jerking around.... I did manage to bite that Vet Tech right through the towel, though--which made me feel much better. He's for sure not one of my fans, since he's the same one that I bit last you had a great day! Cya...
