Hi Cody
Hope your week is going well.It has finally happened...its too hot to spend much time outside now. Gabby & I get an hour or so first thing in the morning & the same in the evening. We had a heat index of 106 today! It was HOT!! When mom brought us in our little toesies were hot & we were both panting a little bit & we had been outside less than an hour. This really sucks to get stuck back inside but I don't think I can take the heat! Weatherman says its supposed to be like this for awhile, yuk.

Mom says her aunt & uncles names are Judy & Ron Skaggs & it was probably almost 20 years ago when they lived there...mom says time really flys. She says it feels just like yesterday but her cousins went to highschool here in Oklahoma & her cousins are in their early 30's. But who knows? Is Saginaw small?

We've not done alot this week cuz moms been really worried about one of the fur-brats, Maggie. She is the smallest, a little 4lb yorkie & boy is she treated like a princess. I guess it pays to be the littlest in the house. She's started having balance problems, mom said she keeps falling over & losing her balance & swaying when she stands still. Mom thought maybe something was wrong with her back legs (hoped) but when she took her into the vet the vet said it was definately a balance problem. So he kept her for a couple hours & ran a whole bunch of tests (& spent alot of moms money!) When mom picked her up he said either she has neuropathy in her feet or maybe inflammation in the meninges of the brain & around the spinal cord & God forbid if its not either of those she maybe has a brain tumor. He put her on some medicine to decrease inflammation & gave her a shot (same kind of meds) to get her started. If she doesn't start doing better within 3 days then she has to go back & have a CT of her head. Monday after she went to the vet mom was worried cuz she was doing much worse but as of today (Wed evening) mom thinks she is doing much better. She hasn't fallen over once & has been able to walk a straight line without too much difficulty. So we shall see. Moms very worried about her. Hopefully everything will be just fine.
Well gotta go, its way past my bedtime
Kisses, Fergie
