hi H...boy
well the breeding season starts around April and last into the summer. He should start to slow down with the hormones not to long from now but i don't know the age. It is a good idea not to feed him warm wet foods and do not cover his cage during the day even a little, just at night and no cozy tents ect. also shorten his day light hours a little if he is very aggressive. you only have to worry about these things during his season. He will probably get worse if you try to handle him much right now but he will be a great companion otherwise. My friend has a male like yours and thats what she does for her bird and what we do with our male eclectus. good luck and goodnight for now, JoAnne and Pepper...
