Hello again, Carmella!
Thank you for dropping by for a visit! Was your friend, Spike, a lutino cockatiel? You said he was a very talented singer. Unfortunately, I don't sing. I don't have golden pipes at all! My cage mate, Comet, can whistle, imitate things and talk. I'm so jealous he can do that but I know mom loves me just as much even though I can't do any of that.

My mom would love to teach you how to make your avatar even more prettier then it is. It took her a little bit of time to figure things out. Bird Channel doesn't make it easy! Here it goes:

Click 'CREATE/EDIT YOUR OWN AVATAR' on your bird's profile page. Since you already have an avatar made, click 'EDIT'. Click on a body part from the drop down list. Click on that body part so a box appears around it. Use the squares to make the part bigger or smaller and the circle to rotate it. Place it when you what it to be. When you are happy with that, click 'SHOW/HIDE COLOR PALETTE' on the bottom right hand side. A color chart pops up. Click on the color you like. Go on the the next part and layer your avatar, playing with size, color and rotation. Once you do a part or two, it gets so much easier to understand. When you are finished, don't forget to click 'SAVE' on the upper right side or you will lose you work! Happy Avatar making! If you need more help, fly in and we'll try to help you. Oh, and try different wings, feet ect. while making your avatar. If you don't like what you see, click 'DELETE' on your keyboard and it will disappear as long as it has the box around it.

I hope that helps! We will check back on your page and see how your new avatar turns out!

Till then, have a great day around the cage!

With birdie kisses & feathery hugs,
Comet & Sunny
