Played a close game, but lost! A V4U!

The CAGs wasted little time getting on the scoreboard as they raked in 8 runs in the 1st inning. Tahoe would be the first to score when Gizmo hit a triple. Gizmo would then cross the plate when Pepper hit a single. Casey joined Pepper on the bases and scored when Kelly hit a HR. Robbie would score when Omar hit a HR. Amanda solo HR would make the score 8-0 CAGs. The Super Sennies saw KiwiWee score when Ziggy hit a triple. The CAG scoring would continue in the 2nd when Tahoe hit a solo HR followed by Gimzo scoring when Pepper hit a triple. Trailing 10-1, the Sennie bats would not get going until the 4th inning. AZ Mango would open with a single. Ziggy and Kermit would hit back to back doubles as EA followed with a single. NY Mango’s double and Lola’s HR would close the inning with 6 total runs and a score of 10-7 CAGs. What looked like a blow out early would see the Super Sennies taking a 1 run lead in the 6th inning when Gus and KiwiWee scored when AZ Mango hit a HR followed by a solo HR by Ziggy to make the score 11-10 Super Sennies. The Knight’s offense which dominated the game early would go 6 innings without a run. In the 9th inning the CAGs would come back to life scoring 4 runs off the bats of Suzie, Picasso, Casey, Poirot, Kelly and Tahoe. Up 14-11, the CAGs would shut out the Sennies and take the victory.

Final Score: CAG Knights in Grey 14, Super Sennies 11.
