Here's Your Red Feather!!
Keets Rip Redtails
Most Bird Channel Baseball League observers looked at the Kevlar Keets’ recent upset of the league-leading Savage Sennies as something they would not be able to repeat. Maybe they were wrong as on Wednesday the Keets kept their bats in overdrive and ripped the Redtail Killer CAGs 34-14.
The game was tied at 2-all in the bottom of the second when the Keets burst out with seven runs as iris and Sidney hit solo home runs and Henry jacked a three-run shot. The Keets followed that with a four-run third as Lattie Jr. hit a two-run homer and the Keets led 13-2.
The Redtails tried to crawl back in the game with 10 runs in the top of the fourth as Sheba hit a three-run triple, Munchkin hit a two-run triple and Gabriella homered with one birdie on base. The Keets said “I’ll see your ten runs and raise you one as they blasted out eleven in the bottom of the inning. Betty. It is, and Mr. Birdie led off with singles to load the bases and Jazzy cleared them with a grand-slam home run. Duty hit a solo shot and Lattie Jr. and Turk reached base. Henry doubled in Duty and Sidney walked to load the bases again. Betty singled in Lattie Jr. and Iris cleared the bases with a triple. She later scored on Tweety’s single and the Keets led 24-12 and coasted to the win as hurler Duty shut the Retails out over the final four innings.
Sheba drove in three to lead the Redtails. Arthur, Munchkin, Gabriella, and Layla all drove in two and Mowgli, Grady, and Ruby drove in one each.
Jazzy pushed six runs across to lead the Keets while Henry drove in five and Iris and Lattie Jr. drove in four each. Tweety, Sidney, and Getty drove in three each, Turk, Duty, and Mr. Birdie two apiece.

Hope this makes your day. I know it did mine. T '>
