Helllooooo Putters me mate!
Apollo here...just swinging by real quick for a little hello. Mom is leaving for South Africa for a few weeks (to work on the meerkat manor project) and wanted me to let you know that If I am quiet for a spell, it's because dad doesn't know how to use a computer to let us fly around and visit our friends! hee hee. So your auntie thinks Conures are LOUD? We are? I thought we were the quiet ones! Tee hee. Ok, yes, me and Raven get going and the whole house vibrates with the sound of us in full chorus...but mommy says she loves us anyhow. She has a trick she uses with us. It's called..The Whisper. Mom taught us all how to whisper. So when we are really loud, she comes in and whispers so we all end up whispering and her trick works! We quiet down for a little while, then right at dusk we go off again and no whispering works then, especially when we want our nightie-time snack. Then we're all quiet again. I like to bite dad alot. He gets on my nerves and if he gets too close to my mom, I lunge at him and try to get near him so I can rip his flesh off. Mom told me I have to be good for dad while mom is away...but I have my own plans! (tee hee)
Ok my friend. I'll catch up with you once mom is back and let you know how much flesh of dad's I peeled off!
Be good, don't bite and eat your veggies!!
~ Your pal, Apollo
