What an incredibly sad story! Unfortunately true for many birds.... so glad that you gave Honey Bear a good forever home! I have always had a loving home and consider myself very blessed when I read some of the profiles here on BC. I am a BE2 and am a plucker as well, but I pluck because I was hand fed and never learned how to properly preen as my parents didn't have a chance to teach me. I was doing fine until I became sexually mature and then the plucking worsened as our avian vet said may happen when I matured. I now sport a bikini instead of a one piecer! I have a well trained pet human who loves me and understands me and spoils me rotten! I have several videos posted on BC so check 'em out if you would like to 'see me in action'! Mom has some posted of the 'tiels, too! Fly by and visit our pages as we love the company! Squawk later! C'ya! V4U!

Hugs and Snugs,
Chicklet and co.
