Rosie laid an egg
I have never witnessed, until now; egg laying.
I was sitting on the couch one night, eating mac & cheese and Lima beans, while Rose pilfered some off my plate. After dinner I noticed she was acting very strange. Wings drooped, sounded like she was wheezing for air. I was terrified, contacted the local ER clinic only to hear that they don't treat exotics. Then all of a sudden she threw her head into the floor, and was pushing and thrashing around, to my surprise an egg popped out. She was stunned as well as I. It's not fertile of course. Blew it out and have it on the shelf; "Little Egg Bert".
It was an interesting experiance and what a production she went through.
