Hi Momo!
Thanks for the insight into your species. Mom just visited a yellow collared macaw this past weekend. The little girl was adorable. She was part of a bust that the Humane Society seized from an hoarder. She was very neglected and severly under weight and now is 6 grams which is a big improvement for her. Very timid, not sure if Mom wants to take her because she has trust issues (of course) and loves her rescuer so much.
She's going to visit a Jenday this weekend and see if there is any chemistry there.
My brother and I will most likely out live mom and that freaks her out. She will make provisions for us but we're all healthy now. She limits the flock to 3 birds so that we all get plenty of love and attention.
Leaving a vote 4 u!
