Happy New Year to You, Bubs!
2010's off to a pretty good start; I'm still warm even though it's -17° outside. Talk about BrrRR! This bird's happy to be an indoor bird for the season. Odd to think that four months ago I was being carried out to the Bird Barn at the back of my yard where I could fly in an outdoor aviary with the doves. The sun felt so good on my feathers. Sometimes I'd even choose to stay in the outdoor area when it was sprinkling out. A rain water bath feels very nice. Gives you that 'Wet Bird' look real quick! Hard to believe, looking out my window at the frozen snow, that in just two months, though mostly likely three, I could be spending an hour or two back out in that Barn. I'll have pictures to share of the glorious moment when I do.
You're probably more concerned about when Jan 31 gets here; a Bird Show only means one thing: MORE TOYS for BUBS! You lucky bird!
Thanks for writin'. K .^.
