hi Twilight
I forgot to tell you about the cakes! We bake them with healthy ingredients, eggs, flour, a touch of baking powder, and corn meal, then we add yummy stuff like dates, cranberries, pumpkin, coconut, almonds, walnuts, and pretty much anything we want. They bake for about 10 minutes in a moderate oven (350-375). We make them in those mini muffin tins and mom freezes what we don't eat to use later. We enjoy them as treats! Fly by soon!!! Divo |
