Hi Chevy!
Oh man, I hope everything gets better but the pink stems means that they are blood feathers according to some books mom has read... Yesteray mom decided to get a bigger bird like a conure here is his story wich is practically sad.... His name is Woody and it is a Nanday Conure, about 3 years old. He has been abused and is feather plucked. He is on a pelleted diet and has a hardy appetite. He likes to talk and has a great personality. He loves to cuddle up in a persons sweater. He does have a little temper and if he doesn't get his way can be "beaky" We have been treating him for his plucking but we have not had any success. The odds are he will never regrow his feathers but his huge personality takes the place of being a "Pretty Bird"
