FINNEGAN SENDING WING HUGS
Dear Fred, Momma and I read you story and we are very happy that you finally got a wonderful Mama who filled your last years with love, care, good food and acceptance. Our little Daisy and Bobbie are at the Rainbow Bridge, too. So Momma knows how you greive. Please keep an eye out for them and tell them Mommy still misses them and loves them so much. WE also read Lynne's blog and it brought tears to Momma's eyes. It's just terrible how so many beautiful birds are treated. It breaks one's heart. We rescued our little Bobbie (a budgie) from deplorable conditions, too. We had her for 2 wonderful years. She flew to the Rainbow Bridgw 4 years ago. She was just 3 1/2 years old, but we know that we gave her the two happiest years of her little life. Our little Daisy never knew anything but gentleness, love and tenderness. Heartbreakingly, she met with a terrible death last year. We hope your heart is mending, not that you'll ever forget Fred, but we hope that terrible heaviness of heart is beginning to lift.
