Hi Sid
Kiwi here. Nope not a tiel, but the Grey that broke his lower beak. Yeah, Sly. Don't worry, we have such a big flock it's easy to get confused. Mom even posted a pic of his beak and how much broke off. It hasn't slowed him down much that is certain. he's only lost a gram or 2 of his weight and most of that is caused because he doesn't want to change from a nut diet to a pelleted diet. He is a brat that way. But the beak is growing nicely. Mom says there's a few points she can feel. Vet will take care of those when Sly goes into vet in a couple of weeks. 5th of March.
It is so nice out there now. Already up to 50!! Supposed to get to mid or high 50s today. YAY. Up to 60 by Mon or Tues!!!
Gotta fly for now. Fly by again when you can. v4u
