Hi Shasta
V4U today. All 3 of us eat the fruity ZuPreem pellets, along with the ZuPreem natural pellets, and we also eat the Pretty Bird Natural Gold pellets. We eat very little seed, but the seed mix we eat has a nutritious blend. Mom gives us broccoli every day. She gives us other brands of pellets every now and then, too. We do eat a lot of good food that the family is eating for dinner. Especially when they are having sweet potatoes, peas, carrots, fruit, etc. The main thing to remember is to have a (separate) food bowl for the home cooked food. Mom lets us have the home cooked food, the veggies and fruit for 1/2 hour, then she throws it all out and washes out the bowl for the next day. We have our regular bowl of pellets on our play yard or inside of our cages all day long. If you aren't into eating broccoli, have your mom cut the tops of it over your food.
