Hi April!
Huey here! ARGH! We haven't been able to get on the BC in TWO DAYS!! First, when we tried to log on, that darn Squawky bird kept popping up, and then we started getting a "runtime error" whatever THAT means! Mommy has been calling BC people and e-mailing BC people and they FINALLY gave us a new password and now it works again. Sheesh. We were thinking BC just shut down because everybirdie was so sad for losing all our BBFF's recently. But anyway, we're here and happy that it's working again! I'm feeling better and better every day. The swelling is almost gone from my leg too! And you should see how I can get around with just one foot and my beaky...mommy just laughs at me! Tehehe!! I still won't put any weight on it at all, but Doc Melissa told mom that is normal. Ellie is feeling just fine here too! This morning she was chasing mommy's best friend Bri around the kitchen table...it was pretty funny! Don't worry, Ellie and Bri are good friends...they were just playing. And some of our snow is FINALLY melting. We only have like 3 feet of snow now! Boy, we've had a LOT of snow this year! Lot's more than I've ever seen! Mommy said that this is how winters used to be years ago...sometimes with even MORE snow! Crazy! Today the sun in shining and I've been watching the woodpecker on the bird feeder all morning. They sure are pretty, but they have goofy looking beaks. Well my friend, thank you so much for stopping by and voting for me! Tomorrow is my last day! And thanks for all your healing thoughts and prayers for both Ellie and me...we finally have a healthy flock again! Have a great weekend my BBFF! Oh, and please don't forget to go and leave a vote for Lee-Roial. We want to honor her memory with BOTD. Love you! ~Huey |
