Chirping my way to Yellowstone Hi, Woody, Poor birdie! I was so sorry to hear of the sadness in your life. We birdies can't understand, but we can feel. It was good to hear that your Mom and Dad are keeping you safe from Alex. I can see he can still not be trusted! Julie and Edina have been visiting us in Lakeland and at our lake cottage during August. We had a ball, but the time went by so fast! Now, human sis, Julie, has to go back to teaching in New Jersey and we are going to the parks, again. Like last year and the year before last, and, . . . ., well, you get the idea. Off to the North Dakota Badlands, Montana, Cody Wyoming, Yellowstone, Tetons, Black Hills, and back through the Badlands of North Dakota, then, home. I overheard my Mom talking and she said we would be away over a month in our Airstream trailer until the first week of October. The bad thing is that I can't add blogs because there is no Internet there. A few places have this thing called "wireless" and if we find one, we can read mail and logs, but I wouldn't bet my beak on it! I love the photo of you with your mirror! I love my mirror the best! I refused to eat any more Cheerios! I never acquired the taste. I love TOAST, COOKIES, POPCORN and other junk food. Bring it on! I hope you can get attention, too! Chirps and Pecks, Tookie |
