Barbeque Ribs - Southern Style, Cajun Cusine, Chicken of every Kind to delite the pallet, Chinese Food, Daily Fresh Fish, Roasted Pig, Prime Rib, Lamb, Mexican Food, and Italian food, Special Orders or Requests will be brought in by the Famous Chefs at the Bird Channel Restaurants.
The Vegetarian Section filled will all your favorities.

Please stop by and check out all our special events of the day. There are lots of competive sports and awards and prizes given.
Ballroom Dancing and more will be going on all night or check out the various dancing rooms with different music types for your pleasure.
