WONDER WINGS WHIP WHITE HAWKS!
The Cockatoos took it on the chin Thursday as they fell behind early and often in a 19-10 loss to the Wonder Wings.
Both teams scored in the first inning as the Wings saw Murphee and Sunny drive in three runs with a pair of doubles. The Hawks saw Chicklet hit a two-run homer as the Wonder Wings took a 3-2 lead into the second inning.
After one out, Roscoe and Sam got on base for the Wings. Max singled in Roscoe and Pico singled to load the bases. Gus walked to plate Sam, and Ziggy singled in Max. Murphee singled home Pico and Zebers walked to bring in Gus. Manu put one in the gap for a double to score Ziggy and Murphee, and Roscoe followed with a home run to plate Zebers and Manu and, when the dust cleared, The Wonder Wings had scored 10 runs and led 13-2.
The Wings added three runs in the third and three more in the fourth to boost their lead to 19-2. The White Hawks tried to crawl back but never got within shouting distance as the Wings strolled to a 19-10 victory.

GO BC WONDER WINGS!! Great job Cheerleaders !

Your Co-Captains,
Sam & Pico
