Hi Teddy!
Chicklet here with a vote for you. Do you know what the conures name is? Or his age? That should be so exciting!

MOm still snickers about the 'tiels and the nubbies! That really is cute!

As for the 'to clip or not to clip' that depends on the bird, too. All of us are flighted. I used to be clipped because I would get a bit full of myself when I was yonger. Mom stopped clipping me when I was about 5 or 6 years old, because of all the feather problems I started to have when I began to lay eggs. It is most important that mom has you well trained with positive reinforcement if you are flighted and to take precautions. If you fly into windows, make sure the blinds are closed! Mom always closes them when the 'tiels are out because they would fly into them. I hope you are not getting more aggressive with the 'tiels since you are flighted. That is something to consider as well. Make sure everyone is safe. If all seems to be working well, then try it for a while and see what goes. Right now I am out and was wandering on the floor going into the bedrooms, snooping...hehehehehe. Mom has never seen me do that before and came and got me. I ran and hopped excitedly when I saw her coming! hehehehehehe. Now I am helping her blog. hehehehehe!

So far out weather is nice. We got a dump of snow and I hope that is it for a while. Mom made me a snowman and I was not too impressed with it. I did like the millet arms and almond nose though. I felt better when he melted! Enjoy your day!

hugs,

Chicklet and friends
