VOTE BABY SKY BOTM # 153857
HI BEANIE AND BABY. WELL WHEN I WAS 1 1/2 YRS OLD AND I WAS PLAYING IN MY PET TENT MY BIG FISTER SWEETPEPPER WANTED TO COME IN AND CHECK IT OUT. SO SHE GRABBED MY WING TO PULL ME OUT AND MY WING BROKE REALLY BAD. SHE DIDN'T MEAN TO BUT WE FOUND OUT I HAVE WEAK BONES. THE VET SPLINTED MY WING AND ABOUT THE 6TH WEEK WHEN SHE WAS CHECKING MY WING I FLAPPED MY WINGS AND IT BROKE AGAIN. SO IT HAD TO BE SPLINTED AGAIN. IT TOOK ABOUT 6 MOS FOR IT TO TOTALLY HEAL. THE VET THOUGHT THAT MY WING MAY HAVE TO BE AMPUTATED BUT SHE SAVED IT. IT DOESN'T OPEN ALL THE WAY SO I WILL NEVER EVER BE ABLE TO FLY BUT THE VET SAYS AT LEAST I HAVE 2 WINGS FOR BALANCE AND BETTER WHEN I GO AND JUMP OFF THINGS. I HAVE TO GET CALCIUM SHOTS ABOUT EVERY 4 MOS TO HELP MY BONES STAY STRONG. I AM A VERY TOUGH LITTLE TIEL AND DON'T LET THINGS GET ME DOWN.

THANKS FOR ASKING ABOUT IT.

KACEY
