Let's hope a job will come your way, so you could get that African Grey. That's a good price for one. The ones around here are a thousand. And I think another bird wouldn't hurt, especially a Grey, because they're known for thier excellent companionship. People are always telling me to not get animals, but if they keep me responsible, preoccupied and happy, then that's what matters. So I hope a job will be just around the corner for you so that bird can be an addition to your flock. Some day, I hope to get one of those too. But for now, money is real tight for me...especially because yesturday was horrible (despite that the job called and said they'd take me part-tiem). I got a ticket for parking 9 minutes over, in a 2 hour zone. I was stuck in line to see my counselor at the JC to figure out what math classes I needed. Then I knew the car was in danger, so I hurried out there, but it was too late, there was a ticket. So on my way to paying for the ticket, I then got rear-ended. The lady didn't stop, and bumped right into me, raising the back trunk a little and popping out a side-panel. But it actually doens't look as bad as it sounds. I was just freaking out because it's my parent's car, and last week a tire blew on me, in that same car, and two tires on another car got nails in them. I just feel real sorry for my parents because of all these car troubles. Luckily I got the ticket paid for though, I just now have literally no money for my classes next semester. (But if I can get this job, then those worries will cease.) Well, sorry to tell you about all these dilemmas meeting my way in the last week. In a few years, they will look comical though, so I can't fret too much. Left a vote. |
