|FAREWELL 2010; HELLO 2011!!!
It's that time again! The January milonga is this week.
Date: Saturday - January 15, 2011
Time: 8 PM EST
Place: Milonga 2011 page #165848
As we say goodbye to the past year of 2010, I thought it would be fitting that we hold a retrospective. So this month's milonga will be a bit different. We will begin by remembering all of our friends who left us for
the Rainbow Bridge last year with a moment of silence followed by any special remembrances that you might wish to make. Then we will lift the mood with your favorite memories of 2010, whether it be a party you really enjoyed or a kiss from that special birdie who holds your heart. This is your time to share whatever was the highlight of the past year for you.
Having honored the year 2010 in both somber and joyful recollections, we will then move on to greet the year ahead of us. What better way to do that than to celebrate with getting healthy. Kaji will bring his hot tubs (the extra big ones!!). I have hired three masseuses that specialize in birdie physiques, and to top it all off SweetPepper and I will be teaching the new latin aerobic dance craze, Zumba!! Trust me, it is simple. If you can shimmy and shake your tail feather, you are already half way there.
Lizzie will create a fabulous feast for our delight, but she guarantees each and every item will be healthy and also delicious (the two are not mutally exclusive, I promise!)And of course, SweetPepper will be bringing a full range of her delicious chicken tenders. Feast without guilt; what could be better?
So dust off your work out clothes and grab your dumb bells (and I don't mean your parronts). We are starting off this year with a health bonanza. Let's do it~!~!
