Hi Baby bird
I am glad baby bird is fine. My birds use to eat too much sunflower seed and then one day i found a seed with way less sunflower seed and more pellets. All of a sudden its discontinued on line like i cannot find it anymore. It was the LM Animal farms mix. So then i started looking at other seeds and found one kind but that kind if like the kind they sell at jewels. The kind they sell at jewels still has those same pellets that Feather has always loved and it not loaded with sunflower seeds. So now i just picked her up a bag at jewels. If you go down the bird isle its called bonanza. They sell it in bags or a little container. But since you have 6 birds it would be easier to get that oneline and order a bigger bag like 10 pound bag or something like that. I dont think Feather eats the sunflower seeds in it. I think she has been enjoying her pellets and nutriberries and parakeet seed in the mix so much that she doesnt touch some of the other seeds. But basically what i am saying is that what you can do is find a mix that hardly has any sunflower seed in it and then just pick the seeds out because i am thinking that the mixes without the sunflower seed in it dont have pellets either that they need. So probably one suggestion is to order a good mix that for sure has pellets in it and pick out the sunflower seed.
