Oh, we're quite warm in AK!
Mommy and Daddy always chuckle when people tell us to "stay warm" because our temperatures are actually WARMER than a LOT of the "lower 48" at the moment! We got in the 30's today and that means (at least to Mommy and Daddy) that they don't need hats or scarves!

We seldom leave our warm house, and our room is kept at about 75. So we're always toasty. Even if the power were to go off (which is VERY seldom up here, actually!) we have a back-up heater. Mommy and Daddy's daughter lives in NC and she always worries during our "cold snap" every year. Outside it gets to about 20 below zero. But Mommy told her "Well, that doesn't mean we go outside and STAND there! You 'gear up' first! THEN, you move quick!"

I left a vote just for you! Come and visit us!
