Yeah, conures are fun!! We have Meiko, my skin sister has a Sunday (sun jenday mix), and she has a dusky headed conure!! Plus, skin sis has a blue headed Pionus who thinks he is a conure!!
Haha, he makes all the same noises the girls make!! Thank Goodness the bird room fo rthem is in the basement!! I live upstairs, with Cesar the grey, and Molli, my fister, and the small girls, Tweey the teil, and Sammie the Rosie Bourke. ( a small australian parakeet, plus skin sis's 2 little keets.. MOm went to the beach this morning with skin sis, and they said it was even too hot to be at the beach! Mom got to go swimming, but then got headache because of the extreme heat, so they came on home.. I had a bacterial infection that would not respond to antibiotics, and at one point I was taking 5 different meds 2 times a day, plus mommy had to give me injections every day for 6 weeks!! That was not fun. I am doing pretty good now, I have to go back every 3 or so months for more bloodwork to check my white cell count. I am going to go next week I think. I love to play now, and talk!! Any I eat anything mom gives me, especially watermelon!!haha, mom calls me an avian garbage pail!! How are you doing Abby?
