That's so cute that she sleeps in a coconut! Is it hollowed out, or just a half of one? Yeah, those stores suck. And I hate the way they keep their birds, particularly the budgies. Are you going to keep China's eggs? It's perfectly normal for China to sneeze now and then. As long as she doesn't sneeze out lots of gunk, she's fine. It's true that many birds don't show illness until it's very far along, but birds that are kept singley and bonded as closely to their owners as China is to you will usually come running to Mommy the minute they feel ill. Some really do do that though, if they have a more reserved personality. My Elly May nearly died that way. It's instinct- birds that appear ill are kicked out of the flock. Just watch her. If the sneezing becomes more frequent, if there is a significant discharge then you have a problem. Also, check her cere. It should be smooth and waxy looking, and be white or very pale salmon to a very light pink. If it is pink, red or chapped at all then she might have a sinus infection, or allergies, and you should take her to the vet. My Kiwi has that problem, and it's no big deal. She just gets birdy sudaphed and nose drops during the sprng and summer. When was her last vet check? I'm not sure if you wanted such a long monolouge about sneezing, but I hope it helps.
