Heya, Beaker!
PLAYOFF ROUND TWO ANNOUNCEMENT!
Da Pois'N'Dem are now in Round Two of the Playoffs! We are playing against the C-2 White Hawks, who have reigned supreme over our division all season.
The dates:
Monday October 3rd
Wednesday October 5th
Friday October 7th
Monday October 10th (if needed)
Wednesday October 12th (if needed)
This is a best of 5 round. So we need to be on our toesies and make sure that we play solid, fundamental ball, okay? So no partying (too much) before the gamedays. Get to the ballpark early for some strategizing and some practice. Lizzie will be bringing some special food and drinks for us, too, in case you don't get a good breakfast before the game (though Captain Calico and I strongly recommend eating breakfast!)
We are playing the games for our friends, Bailey and Sunny. We also want to remember our teammates from years past, who are with both Bailey and Sunny at the Bridge: our sweet little Divo, and our dear Baby. We know they are watching over us, and we need to make sure that we play our best for them!

Captain Calico and I are so very proud of what this team has done this year! To be able to be in the playoffs is very special, and we have done it two years in a row. That in itself is incredible!! So hats off to every single one of you on this team!!
