Yo, Ollie!
THIS IS IT! ALL OR NAUGHT! THE FINAL GAME OF THE PLAYOFFS FOR THE DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP IS TOMORROW!!
Captain Calico and I are here to let you know that we have taken the championship down to the wire. Tomorrow will either see us as the Beak League Champs, or will send us to the stands to watch the C2 White Hawks take on the Mighty Macaws.
We want to say to you that no matter what happens, this team has such heart, and such sportsmanship--and how humbled we are to be your co-captains. We started slow, and for a team with many new players, that was the best approach ever. We had a lot of new players on the team this season, and everyone really came together so well, and really worked as a team.
So, get some good perch time tonight. Come to the ball park early and we will get a little batting practice in. Lizzie has promised some good food to keep our strength up. Come with your 'A' game, and let's do everythign we can to keep the season going!
