Hi Bella and flocksters,
Hi everyone, I just finished my 14 day antibiotics and mom noticed a black lump on my good nare.
As you can see in the pictures its right over my good nare. I’ve been scratching it and mom’s tried to deter me but to no avail. :( My regular doctor is out of state and will not return till later, so I will see another doctor and the earliest appointment is on the 19th. Mom prays this is not the same bacteria that I had before. I'm not sure what is going on inside
of me but I fell off my cage twice yesterday afternoon. Mind you my cage is over 5 feet tall and we have wooden floors, Papa Peter heard me and picked me up with the stick and put me back on top of my cage. He does not really interact with us fids much. Mom was outside at the time and did not know till daddy came to get me.
Dad also said my equilibrium seems to be off, like how I was before the surgery on my left nare. At that time I walked very unstable on my perches because of the growth in the way of my eye sight. I think the growth on mynare that’s what made it hard to see.
Now the same nare the one that I had surgery on seems to be growing back also, that could possibly get in the way of my eye sight, i'm not sure.
I got to sleep on mom’s pillow last night, as mom was sooo worried about me or if she had any internal injuries from the fall. Mom says I seems to be okay,
but something she sees with my eyes doesn't look right. I'm not sure what it is.
Mom sent out an email for prayers for me, she’s afraid I’m gonna fly to Rainbow Bridge….. silly mom, my flight feathers were trimmed! Mom’s I tell ya. :O
Well, that’s the skinny of this weekend, hope yours was better than mine.
