Batter up!!
Indy starts out the 6th inning for the Macaws with a single, and so does Indigo and Miss Ruby as well to load the bases. The next batter tries for a homer, but instead the high fly ball is fielded by Hal in left field just before it clears the fence for out #1. Out #2 comes in a grounder to center field, but everybirdy is able to advance on the play and Indy makes it home. The final out is another fly ball, this time a zinger right into the glove of Calico at short field.

Leah starts off the Pois strong in the 6th with a SOLO HOME RUN, and before Lizzie is even finished with her dragon fire display Calico hits another SOLO HOME RUN. Kaji hits a double, and he is followed by Beaker with another HOME RUN! At this rate poor Lizzie might run out of flame! The next batter hits a grounder right to Floop at 1st for the 1st out of the inning, and Miss Ruby strikes out the next batter after a full count makes everybirdy nervous. Ollie gets in a nice double, but he is left standing on 2nd base when a pop up fly snatched in midair by Rio makes the final out of the inning.

Sixth Inning Score: Macaws 16; Pois 19

First batter up for the Macaws in inning #7 hits a high fly right to Kaji on 3rd base for out #1. Hulk strikes out the next batter, but then Floop gets on base with a single. Ms. Presley then steps daintily up to the plate and swings at the very first pitch Hulk sends her. She lays into it and sends a HOME RUN into the stands to score both her and Floop. The final out comes when a high fly ball is caught by Comet in Right Field.
