Calico and Kaji, would you please join me at the center of the field for the Presentation of The Turkelton Memorial Birdie BazeBol World Championshiop Trophy?
Calico, Kaji … All of Birdie BazeBol has watched as your team progressed through the 2011 Season. You, yourselves, know the struggle that was involved for you to arrive at the threshold of the PlayOffs, and the sense of relief and accomplishment you felt at that milestone.
And now, you stand at the peak, Champions over all the circumstances that could have stood in your way.
On behalf of The Official Birdie BazeBol League, the Umpiring Staff, and the Players, I present to you the reward for all your hard work along with our Congratulations for your success and a season impeccably played.
