Wing Flapping

Wing flapping is characterized by a pet bird that holds onto its perch while flapping its wings.

DEFINITION OF WING FLAPPING

“Wing flapping” is characterized by a bird holding onto a perch with its feet and flapping its wings vigorously.

CAUSES OF WING FLAPPING

This is a normal form of exercise for birds, whether their flight feathers are trimmed or not. It is, however, seen more in birds with trimmed feathers, as flight is not allowed them.

WHAT TO DO

Nothing needs to be done, except perhaps to put paperweights on all one’s papers!
