So, I see the "Rules"; but what I don't see is "how to enter" the contest. May I submit story and photo electronicly (by email)? Or do I have to mail the story and photo? and if I have to mail it, to what address should it be sent?

I submitted the story of my QP Plucker, a bird I found, and he taught me that a plucking bird can still be a fantastic family member. The bird taught me to look beyond the habit and enjoy his personality. Maybe someday someone will come up with a cure for him, but til then, I don't love him any less for his lack of feathers.
