Happy Holidays! Check back tomorrow (Friday, December 17) for pictures of the products featured in the video. (We planned to post them along with the video, but we had to fix some glitches, sorry for the inconvenience.) Hopefully, the photos will give you a better view of what is showcased in the video. Thank you all for taking the time to comment on the video. We hope to bring you more video segments in the new year! All the best to you and your flock this holiday season.

Lisa, I think what you meant to say was that LG is probably 'just another inferior competitor'....(hard to type when your raging mad, eh?). But I think you're probably right about L.G. Don't believe you just ordered all those new items and hated them all. You probably sell all those crappy little toys that I used to try to pass off to my African grey for 5.99 for a bucket of crap.
My bird would love to get this stuff in his cage come Christmas morning. Don't be such a scrooge LG, I'm sure new bird owners will buy your stuff at least once.

LG from San Rafael, I think the 30 second blurp to show all those gifts is just to give the viewers an idea of whats new this year.... if you want to look @ a specfic item you can go into the website. I don't know what you could mean by gimmicky & find it odd you could have tried them all since they are all new items for the holidays & the sources are the most reputable sources available for specialty stores. Could it be that your just other...inferior competition? I thought the items were fantastic and what a selection. I have been in the store and it is top notch quality and Donna and her fiance' who is a dedicated avian vet ONLY carry the very best and safest toys you can find. I actually had to take my bird in for swallowing a piece of a toy from another store that sold cheap unsafe items that my bird broke off and swallowed. If you can afford to spend a little extra money on quality stuff, Bird stuff really is the place to go.
