I have been in many bird stores and some weren't very clean and the birds didn't look well cared for etc. I have been a bird lover all my life and about a year or so ago I came across the most amazing bird store and the kindest people you could ever meet. I nominate Genemmy's located in Brodheadsville Pa. A huge variety of birds, toys and cages along with the best service ever.

I also believe Paterson Bird Store should be nominated... started getting my birds there 10 years ago with my first parakeet (still living) and have purchased all my cockatiels, parakeets, and senegal there... the employees there are very help and knowlegable and huge selection of birds that are healthy

I think the Paterson Bird Store in Totuwa NJ should also be nominated. they have a huge selection of birds and supplies as well as a dedicated and caring staff. I got my 9 month old African grey there and I couldn't be happier with her. She had already been stick trained and used to people so we had no behavioral issues.

Out of all those shops, only Bird Paradise ships to Australia and other countries.
