Small Birds Play Big!

Let your small bird teach you how to play.

How birds play is related to their wild behaviorOne of the ways birds are entertaining is in their play. This includes playing with toys, with food and with each other (if you have more than one bird). It can include games you play with your bird, or toys a bird plays with on its own.

Even though popular companion small birds have been bred in captivity for generations, how they play is still related to their wild behavior, and play styles vary among the species.
