How far can you relax the rules?

Take few and small shortcuts when it comes to caring for your bird No matter how organized we might be, life has a way of ruining our plans. Perhaps our workload takes a sudden turn for the worse or a parent gets sick and needs hours of daily nursing care. Whatever it might be, major things can throw a sizeable glitch into our normal parrot-care routines.
